WHY JOIN?

You are capable of doing anything you set your mind to, however, building a business is one  thing you cannot do alone.  Most of us are familiar with the African proverb, “It takes a whole village to raise a child.”  It also takes a whole village to raise a business; if you don’t know it already, you will soon find out, starting and growing a business is very much like giving birth to and raising a child.  Sometimes there is a lot of pain and even if giving birth to your business was not as painful as you thought it would be, there will be times you have to push – hard to bring your dream to fruition.

One thing is certain, unless you form relationships with like-minded people; particularly women who are a lot like yourself, building, maintaining and growing your business will be very difficult.

e-Black Women Network is a  network of strong, sassy, innovative and creative women of color who know that growth occurs outside of your comfort zone and that the sweetest fruit is at the top of the tree.  You may have to struggle as you climb, you may incur bumps and bruises as you climb, you may feel fear as you climb, you may pass others as you climb but once you reach the top and experience the succulent deliciousness of the sweetest fruit, you will find that whatever obstacles you experienced on the way to the top were worth it. There is no reward in remaining small and playing it safe.

The e-Black Women Network seeks to approach the business of building a business in a holistic fashion.  This means that we know that in order for you to build a successful business, you must be in balance. You must be in balance spiritually, mentally, physically, financially and, you must be surrounded by like-minded supportive people, professionally and personally.  That is what we seek to do here at e-Black Women Network – provide you with a mechanism to develop what is un- or underdeveloped, to learn what you need to take your life to the next level or if you already know what you need to take your life to the next level, we are here to support you in doing so.  If you are out of balance in any one area of your life, your business will not do as well as if you are in balance.  So, we’ll provide information to help you achieve balance in other areas of your life in addition to business support and information.

The worst thing you can do is to put your dream and aspirations on a shelf until “things get better.”  Even if you can’t open the doors (virtual or brick and mortar) today, you can do something.  You can research your dream business, you can (and must) begin to build relationships – just do something in the direction of our dreams.  The e-Black Women Network will provide you with the tools you need no matter what place you are in regarding your business.  Please check out our membership benefits.
