CARMIN'S CORNER

Hi [fname],

I hope the arrival of this newsletter finds you and yours in great health and high spirits.  First, please allow me to apologize for the lateness of this particular issue.  I am really trying to get and stay on track in sending this newsletter out every other Thursday.

So .... do you or don't you - have passion for your business?

In this issue I want you to FOCUS on your passion.  Can you honestly look yourself in the mirror and state that you are passionate about the product and/or service that you are offering your customers?  I am passionate about my purpose and my purpose is to empower women, particularly women of color, to be able to create and grow businesses that will fulfill their purpose in life while and at the same time, help them earn more money than they ever will working for someone else.  Because of recent economic events in this country I am more passionate about my purpose than ever before.

Because I really want you to succeed in your business and I know the greatest indicator of success in your business is going to be the amount of passion you bring to it, I created an online quiz to help you get started in decide if the business you are in or plan to start is really your passion.  Check out the quiz here.

Sisterfriends (and brothers), there are people who are earning excellent money from home-based and small businesses.  Why shouldn't we be in that number?  The time is now; no longer can we look to the government or a supposedly “secure” job to take care of us.  God has empowered us with the skills, talent and ability to take care of ourselves and the greatest pathway to wealth and the ability to live life on your terms is through entrepreneurship.

This is why the e-BlackWomenNetwork tag line reads, “It’s OUR Time.”  Nough said.

Do You or Don’t You?
By Carmin Wharton, e-BlackWomenNetwork.com

Do you or don’t you have passion for your business?  So what is this thing called passion?  Merriam-Webster defines ‘passion’ as “intense, driving or overmastering feeling or conviction.”

Is your desire to succeed in this business so intense that you think about it when you first awake in the morning?  Do you lie awake because creative ideas about the business are popping left and right in your brain?  Does this business drive you to take action every single day toward the manifestation of your dream of a successful business?  Do you take positive action with conviction?  If you’ve answered “yes” to these questions, then Keep Reading

If your DREAM is bigger than your job,
you must experience this book. If you
are tired of the 9-to-5 rat race, this book
will open the door and set you free!

BUSINESS START UP TIP
It's a good idea to keep your business and personal money separate.  If for some reason you cannot open a business checking account when you start up your business, use a third party payment service such as Paypal.

Do you remember that in the last issue I asked you to FOCUS on your goals (speaking of goals, check out Tony Alessandra's Goal Setting eWorkbook)?
