Clemmie Perry, Co-Chairman of Advisory Board, Corporate Training Executive – Lockheed Martin, Owner – Educational Training Consultants. Prior to joining Lockheed Martin, Perry was a Corporate Training Executive with Florida Power & Light for 25 years. She holds an M.S. Degree in Instructional Technology and Distance Education from Nova Southeastern University and a B.S. Degree from Florida A&M University.
Her work in the community has been recognized by the following: U.S. Black Engineer Magazine, the U.S. White House Report to the Nation - Colin Powell's America's Promise Alliance for Youth, the U.S. White House Faith-Based Initiative Roundtable Committee on Technology, The Mayor and City of Miami - Honoree for Women Pioneering the Future, The Miami Herald and The Florida Sentinel Newspapers. Clemmie co-authored a book with her mother, "Using Theology to Teach Technology," a bible-based approach to teaching computer skills.
Ms. Perry speaks to organizations, civic groups, schools and churches on the Future of Work, 21st Century job skills, Lifelong Learning and retraining in the Global Knowledge Economy.

Sylvia is the CEO of Marion & Associates, a higher education consulting firm which focuses on preparing institutions for accreditation and compliance site visits. She is the former President of the Ybor City Campus of Hillsborough Community College. Prior to serving in that capacity, she served as the college's Chief Academic Officer. She is one of the nation's leading authorities on the retention and success of students in higher education. Carley has been a leader in academic innovation in learning communities, service learning, supplemental instruction, uses of academic technologies and developmental education reform. In addition, Carley provided coordination for student support activities such as increased funding for transfer centers, tutorial and career centers, and 24/7 on-line tutorials.
Even though she is retired, Sylvia has not retired as champion of diversity and educational access. She conceptualized the Black, Brown and College Bound Summit which focuses on encouraging African American and Latino males in their pursuit of higher education.
Carley earned a PhD from the University of Florida; a Master's Degree from Atlanta University and a B.A. Degree in Sociology from Bethune Cookman College. She is a lifetime member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority and the National Soroity of Phi Delta Kappa, Inc. She and her husband are proud parents of several adult children and are active community change agents.
