Clemmie Perry, Co-Chairman of Advisory Board, Owner – Educational Training Consultants. Clemmie is an educational training consultant and co-authored a Bible-based computer workbook on the Introduction to Computers and Microsoft Word Processing. This unique self-paced instructional tool combines Biblical scriptures, information from the Old and New Testaments and computer processes. The concept links theology and technology. Clemmie is also a Corporate Training Executive at Lockheed Martin.
She earned an M.S. Degree in Instructional Technology and Distance Education from Nova Southeastern University and a B.S. Degree from Florida A&M University.

Her technology expertise and community engagement got the attention of President Obama’s administration and Clemmie was invited to attend a technology roundtable at the White House, along with officers of the National Council of Negro Women.
This technology guru is also a former professional NFL Cheerleader for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers and the Miami Dolphins football teams and resides in Central Florida. She delights in her role as aunt to her nephew and niece.

Ushanda Pauling, President, Fight Like a Girl - Ushanda is the founder of Leading Youth, A Universal Partnership, Inc., (L.A.Y U.P.), which is a training and consulting company created to assist agencies, organizations, and individuals with program and curriculum development. In addition, L.A.Y U.P. offers hands-on training to demonstrate how to successfully operate youth development programs.
Ushanda has designed and implemented additional programs such as: Start Talking!© - a group icebreaker, Gurlz on the Go™ - an adolescent girls wellness program. Ushanda currently serves as the lead Youth Development Trainer for the Pinellas County Juvenile Welfare Board.
She is a graduate of Springfield College with a Masters of Science in Mental Health Counseling. She is a Nationally Certified Youth Development Trainer through the National Training Institute, Washington D.C. and began her professional career with the Tampa Metro Area YMCA as a Youth Program Director.
During her undergraduate education, Ushanda worked with graduating high school student- athletes to help them and their families with the college entry process. Additionally Ushanda has assisted numerous recreation programs and AAU leagues in developing basketball leagues specifically for girls in the Tampa area.
Ushanda currently serves as the lead Youth Develoment Trainer for the Pinellas County Juvenile Welfare Board.
She is the co-author of Who's Schooling Who? an intelligent, engaging, reflective, prophetic and thoughtful work. Ushanda and her co-authors share important input on the issues concerning the reshaping of education.
